Professional Support Upgrade
Based on the feedback from many of our clients, we've just launched a new Professional Support package aimed at "business users" without their own in-house technical support staff.
This upgrade to our standard support (which remains unchanged) provides a greater level of support and assistance from NSDesign and includes live Telephone support and Remote Assistance. Our remote assistance service is already proving a hit - it's like having us in the room with you, providing One-2-One support on any number of issues related to your domain, email, website, hosting and more.
Professional Support is included FREE for customers on our Linux Business Hosting accounts, or you can upgrade your standard domain and/or hosting account for a small annual fee.

Linux Business Hosting - it just got a lot better!
Many of our business clients already benefit from the higher webspace and bandwidth quotas found in our Business "High Usage" accounts (5 times the quota of our standard hosting), but we've just added a couple of new features that make this much more appealing!
Free Professional Support Upgrade (see above for more details) - Our free support upgrade includes all the great features of our standard support, in addition to Phone-based support and Live Remote Assistance.
Go-Green - Benefit from a free "Go Green" upgrade, helping improve the environment with a tree planted on your behalf. You'll receive an official certificate documenting your company's involvement and the opportunity to use additional website branding to promote your green status.

Awards Nominations for NSDesign
We're delighted to be in the running for some exciting business awards due to be announced later this month. The annual ROCCO (Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce) Business Awards give recognition to hard work, innovation and business excellence, with previous winners including the likes of Glasgow Airport and Diageo. This year, NSDesign are finalists in the not one, but two categories - Corporate Social Responsibility & Outstanding Performing Business.
We're also (for the 3rd year running) up for an award in the prestigious Scottish Software Awards. 2008 has been a great year for the company and being in the running for these awards just tops it off nicely!
