I'm emailing to ask for your help - which in turn I hope will help
you and every other small/medium business out there looking to get
the most from using Social Media.

Together with Glasgow Caledonian University, NSDesign are conducting
research into the state of Social Media usage within small and medium
organisations - in particular with regard measuring the actual Return
on Investment (ROI) from Social Media. The aim of all of this, is
to produce a number of resources which help provide simple, effective,
best practice guidance for smaller organisations who don't have the
money or resources to use expensive evaluation software, or hire
extra marketing staff to do this for them.

So we need your help!.. As someone who has attended at least one
of our Social Media Sessions over the past 2 years, I'm hoping
you're "doing" social media - at any sort of level. If yes - I'd
be grateful if you complete a short, straight-forward survey, which
asks you a few questions about what you're doing, what your aims
are, and if you measure your success. There's no right or wrong
answers to any of it, and you're welcome to remain anonymous if
you'd prefer.
