Welcome to the September Newsletter
Welcome to the latest update from NSDesign – now back in Hillington after our brief spell in Clydebank following the "great flood" of May 2009! Again it’s been a busy few months since our last update in the summer, and we'd like to give a warm welcome to our many new clients, subscribers and twitter followers! Talking of Twitter – we’ve been embracing it with both hands lately, running workshops and sponsoring "Twestivals" – details of all this and more below.

Bandwidth and Hosting Upgrades
Last month, we doubled the bandwidth on all our Linux Hosting accounts – completely free of charge. This month, we launched our "Linux Pro" Account – including a whopping 10 times the quotas of our Standard account, and without doubt our best ever value hosting package! We're planning a number of further Hosting announcements in the next few months, so watch this space!

Vote NSDesign!
Vote for NSDesign in the Drum's annual "Power 100 list". This is a list of the 100 most influential agency figures in the marketing and creative industry, and for the first time, the Drum are combining their poll to stretch across all the English regions and Scotland. I'd really appreciate your vote (on behalf of the team) and your help in getting NSDesign into the Power list - let's give the usual suspects a shake up!

Sell-out Twitter Workshops!
Our "Social Media for business" workshops have proven an enormous success, with 2 dates now sold out, and a third to be announced soon. We're planning on rolling these out beyond the Glasgow area in the immediate future, so please get in touch if you'd like more information. A hands-on introduction to the world of social media, the workshop introduces Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and more, and shows how to positively benefit your business by truly engaging with your audience and protecting your online brand.

Twestival Success!
We were delighted to help sponsor the recent Glasgow Twestival – our local leg of the Global "Twitter Meetups" which raised just short of £4000 for No Strings Attached Scotland - a new charity passionate about developing opportunities for children with asthma through music and the arts. Popular Clyde1 presenter Colin Kelly hosted the event on 10th September at the Living Room on St Vincent Street, where we were treated to some incredible live bands and entertainment. Well done to everyone who helped and/or donated!

Web Design Updates
Another busy few months for our web design and development team, with recently completed sites for a wide range of clients including a fine wine merchant, a dancewear ecommerce store, a human resources company and a window blind company to name but a few. Over the next few weeks we'll also be launching new sites for a Vet's surgery, a photography company and a global engineering firm. We're also excited about a new web-partnership with the "Lion Heart Challenge" an initiative which introduces enterprise, entrepreneurialism and general business and marketing skills to the classroom. Watch this space!

As always, I welcome your feedback on any of the above items, so please get in touch at any time! Look out next month for our annual client survey, where you get to have your say on how we're performing, rating our products, services and customer support.
Until then, from all the NSDesign team, thanks again for your continued support....
